From start to finish, Rick has been the BEST realtor my husband and I have worked with (and we have moved several times, twice out of state). We made the move from FL to AZ this time and so I had reached out to him first to start the process. His response time from the start was outstanding. The time he took to get to know us, our needs and desires, as well as his patience with educating us on the area,  was second to none!  And that was just by phone miles away!  He was so flexible with communications with the time difference. When we flew out here a couple of times, he had the house hunting laid out for us and spent long hours.  When we found the right home, his negotiation skills were thoughtful and skilled. We are now in a home and neighborhood that we love! He made this transition not only easier but enjoyable!!!  My husband and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

We would highly recommend Rick Evans.  We were on a strict timeline to find a home and with his knowledge of the area and his attention to what we were looking for, he didn't waste any time showing us homes we would not be interested in. We found a home we really love in only one week!  He is extremely professional while being relaxed and fun as well.  I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had with a realtor.  If we ever need a realtor in the area again, we will definitely be calling Rick.

Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with.  We were moving into the area from another state, and Rick kept us informed of properties coming on the market that fit our specific requirements.  He pointed out details during walk-throughs that we would have probably missed, and made sure we were aware of all details before making any decisions.  Once we found a home he was there during every phase of the process and assisted us in getting everything the builder promised to provide.  I can't think of anything negative about the experience of working with Rick, and would most definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the area.

Rick worked very closely with us from 1400 miles away.  He listened to our wants and needs and didn't try to push anything else onto us.  Anyone would get the best service from Rick if they are looking for a real estate agent in the Phoenix area.
